Pastoral Team
Daniel Allen, D.Min., is the Founding Pastor of Epiphany. Daniel has served in a variety of ministry roles since the summer of 1981, including youth pastoring, pastoring, coaching church leaders, and mentoring emerging leaders. In addition to his role with Epiphany, Daniel serves as a member of the Resource Group of Leader Breakthru and the resource team of missio. Daniel works closely with Lainie, his wife of 27 years, who leads the spiritual formation ministry of Epiphany and serves as Executive Director of the Canterbury Retreat House, a sacred space and spiritual formation ministry in Charlottesville. Daniel & Lainie are parents to Brittany and Jillian, parents-in-law to Patrick, Brittany’s husband, and proud Papa & Mimi to Owen, their grandson. The Allens have lived in Charlottesville since the summer of 1999.
Network Leader and Bishop
The congregation and pastoral team are under the care and supervision of the Rev. H.G. Miller III, network leader and rector of All Saints Anglican in Morehead City, NC, and our bishop, the Rev. Terrell Glenn, rector of All Saints Church in Pawleys Island, South Carolina.
