More than ten million people worldwide have completed the Alpha course during the past fifteen years in churches, homes, schools, universities, and prisons. Alpha provides a practical introduction to the Christian life by answering questions like Who is Jesus? Why did Jesus die? and Why and how do I read the Bible? Each session includes a light meal, a talk on various topics related to the Christian faith, and discussion following the talks. Our current course meets on Wednesdays, 7PM, at Canterbury Retreat House (2401 Bennington Road): April 2 - June 4.
